Stress is perhaps the most madly used term in our daily lives. It’s a noun, a verb, an adjective, a subject and an an object in sentences. It’s transitive and intransitive!

Noun - Stress

Verb - I am stressing out

Adjective - This is a stressful project

In a sentence: Stress manifests itself in stressed out folks :)

Transitive: My boss stressed me out

Intransitive: I am stressed out by my boss

And it is being widely used in so many curious forms and ways to express ourselves as well:

Trouble: I am stressed out

Displeasure: You’re stressing me out!

Difficulty: I can’t understand this stressful job.

Enjoyment: This show is so-not stressful!

Request: Please stop stressing me out!

Innovation: It’s a great stress to have…bla bla bla!

Surprise: Gee! You stressed me out!

Dishonesty: It’s good to have a little stress

Anxiety: Today is stressful

Apathy: Life is just stressful. What can you do?

Ain’t that amazing…makes you wanna smile or laugh! Don’t it? Yes I said it…Don’t it! Well, heck it does make me grin and realize…don’t take life so seriously….it simply ain’t worth it!

So here’s a practical exercise you could do every single morning. Repeat the words loudly: Stress is Stressful 10 times and you’ll realize the folly of stress and smile…and guess what? You’ll clear your throat too :)

It’s ok to laugh a little at yourself….and no, I am not in any which way shape or form diminishing Stress as a massive problem we all face. Matter of fact, the whole volition behind Mindful-CPA is to offer a tool to reduce Stress.

Thank you Oh-So very much! (Osho)

Be Mindful.
