Celebrating my Bro’s 50th!

Journeying towards being more mindful….

My Bro turns 50 soon, guess he’s lived a few years and more

Always refreshing and rebooting through a new door

Largely living his life, patiently and mindfully

Practicing he has, in tough times actually

Spiked on caffeine, I was a young restless being

My Bro triggered my process of inward seeing

Living within, he has inspired me

Living without, he has motivated me

Kindness and compassion since a kid he has inherent

Gentle, subtle, fair, and aware he has been coherent

Like a rock he stands by me in all that I embark

Like a lighthouse he flashes the light of focus when things can be dark

In gratitude, I am thankfully plain

Now let’s make the world a little crazy and sane
